I had a crazy evening at this establishment on January 10th 2026. The drink order took over an hour and the food order took almost two hours. Our server Zakia was very professional with great customer service skills. Our receipt was not detailed. I requested a detailed receipt. I noticed a gratuity and a service fee, so I kindly ask her to remove because I was leaving a cash tip. She said she could not remove those items. So I requested management to help resolve this issue. Management came over to the table and I could tell that it wasn't going to go well, he did not present himself as a true professional and was very arrogant. After going back-and-forth with him and letting him know what the rules of acceptance for Visa check cards, he totally ignored me and then after a while, he decided to refund me gratuity and service fee. Though I was speaking to him in a professional tone, he also threatened to put his hands on me and proceeded to tell the security guard to kick me out of the establishment after I finish my drink. If you happen to patronize this merchant or any other merchant make sure to get a detailed receipt. If using any check card, a merchant cannot charge a surcharge, gratuity or any other upcharge to the actual amount. File a dispute with the card issuing bank if this happens to you.

Nice lil spot. Parking fee based on duration. Carl Payne must was going through some last night! Anywho, food and drinks were decent. Service was real slow. I wasn't seated in neither of the two rows for my purchase. Didn't like to be rushed or treated so rudely when asked if it was ok to take a pic onstage, but it was fine while I was fulfilling my two-item minimum though, hoping my parking didn't need extending, right? That's rhetorical. Also, there was gratuity automatically added, but the waitress said that goes to the bar. She said any additional tip goes to her. I hope that wasn't a lie.
