Saw Jim Norton and it was a laugh every 30 seconds!! The service was above and beyond. I bought merch and they got it all easily. The room was comfortable. Chairs are comfortable for larger people. There doesn’t seem to be a bad seat in the house, even if you tried. Bartenders special drink was fantastic! French fry basket was hot n fresh. From entry to exit everyone was so happy and sweet! Thank you all!!!

This review is subject to change. The good: - This place is an absolute gem. We tri-city dwellers are extremely lucky to have such a well-programmed club like this so far outside of Chicago. They get acts in here that make regular appearances at the Improv, Laugh Factory, Zanies and even the Chicago Theater that I still can't believe how often they land big names. I would be inconsolable were they to ever close up shop, it's a big reason why I haven't moved away. - The room itself is a quintessential cellar style club - intimate and cozy. Well decorated with awesome painting of legendary comedians. - The food quality and drink selections are good! One step away from being upscale, but totally acceptable for a comedy club. - They regularly kick people out for being disruptive, I freakin love this. Now the constructive feedback: - Winter months are brutal for pre-show waiting. You have to line up around the block before you can step foot inside the box office. Bundle up and get there early (at least 30 mins) so you don't land yourself in the back. - There are a handful of obstructed views inside the club. Again, get there early so you don't have a steel beam in front of you. *Comedy Vault owners* Please add TV screens on these steel beams, it would take care of the issue! - Getting seated takes longer than it should, feels like there could be a more efficient checkin system, and at least 2 hosts seating guests instead of 1.
