Really enjoyed the facility and the performers. The staff were pleasant and service was quick. Look forward with getting tickets too our next show!!
1 star for the venue and show setup, Everything else was pretty bad. Went to see Mark Normand, hilarious dude and a fantastic show. Staff we interacted with were horrible, and in a really bad mood. First, my pregnant wife and I went which she evidentially forgot her ID which was fine (pregnant, wasn’t going to drink alcohol anyways and were obviously over 21+). Security guy scolded us for not bringing her ID, which I’ve never had an issue with it but that’s on me. Guy then followed us when we scanned our tickets to get her marked which is fine (again pregnant, wasn’t going to drink alcohol anyways) and he says and I quote “if I see a drink I will literally punch you in the gut”. Wild thing to say especially I don’t know how many times it was told she was pregnant. Moved on and inside the room, our server was just in a completely shit mood. The entire time she looked extremely mad and rushed us to get our orders in. Then didn’t see her for almost an hour after she show started, which then for the entire show whenever she would check on us she would start complaining on how her night was going and started to ruin our experience. Also the people we were with had gotten some food to share with the table, not really the best. Highly recommend to eat before a show because ours were soggy enough to not even start/finish. At the end of the night, show was great and love Mark. Dudes one of the best in the business now but the staff that night just wasn’t there, and I don’t know if this is what it’s like every time. This was my third time being there, first time having this bad of an experience. I’ll probably go back, doubt about the wife.
