Mockingbird Improv was founded in 2021 as the only non profit improv theater in San Diego. We strive to be a home for artists to express themselves and build community.

I have attended a few different shows at Mockingbird and they have been amazing each time! Every time I go, the cast gives it their all and I always come out feeling happier from all the laughter that ensues. If you're looking for a great improv scene in San Diego, definitely check them out!
Great place to take improv classes and to watch shows! The teachers are super knowledgeable and resourceful, the stuff is very friendly and the theatre is cozy but comfortable at the same time. They also have snacks and alcoholic beverages that you can take while watching the shows. Is one of my favourite spots in town for a good laugh!
