This was our second time there, with a family group. We were very disappointed both visits, because only one of the comics was consistently funny. The host and other two comics bombed. Very odd/inconvenient set up. You have to wait in a hallway while waiting for them to open the venue. Then, you have to walk through The Roundabout restaurant and lounge to be seated, even though there is a door off the same hallway. We couldn't get a drink while the show is in progress, unless you leave the venue, as they shut down access to the bar, and there is no wait staff.

This is a new comedy club in the back of Roundabout Diner & Lounge in Portsmouth, NH. We were on vacation in York, ME and decided to get tickets for Erin McGuire (she's originally from the Boston area) this weekend. She was hilarious and should have her own Netflix show. It was a small crowd since they're still trying to spread the word, but she handled the crowd amazingly. The host and one of the other comedians were great too. I wish that they listed their names on the website because they deserve recognition too. You can order drinks and food from the Roundabout Diner and bring it into the comedy show. We definitely recommend and will be back to support our local comedians. I mean who doesn't need a good laugh these days! 😄
