The Helium Club is a dirty establishment with unprofessional staff and a belligerent, unsafe vibe. I've been here twice and won't mention anything out of the venue's control, i.e. the talent. My girlfriend and I went to the 9:30pm show. We got there about 8:45. As I went to the bar my girlfriend went to the bathroom. The earlier show hadn’t gotten out quite yet. When she came out, she and another lady were talking about how dirty the restroom was – most of the stalls had no tissue and the ones that did have tissue the whole role was on the floor. There were also no paper towels in the one paper towel holder. After the show the restroom was worse. The bartenders were rude and didn’t know what type of tequila they had. They could only tell us what they didn’t have. We had to ask 3 times for napkins. When we were seated, I immediately noticed most (if not all) of the staff that was carrying food had their hair down and were constantly in their hair whether it was moving it out of their face or scratching their head. One lady was even styling her hair then grabbed a basket of food from someone else. The food and drinks took a long time in my area (37 minutes) to come out. The food is way overpriced for the quality and what you get. I’ve attached a picture. We got the platter and everything with the exception of the chicken strip were cold. If you look you can see the burnt pretzels. The cheese seemed like it came out the can. Lastly, after the show there were WAY too many drunk people. The people to the side of me were extremely drunk when they came into the show and just got worse during the show. If Helium Club screens for weapons but not for sloppy drunk people then they're ensuring the majority of patrons are neither safe nor able to enjoy the show.

The audio was good. The main thing I didn't like was there was no reserved seating so I got there super early and was the first one, but got seating kind of in the middle and off to the side. Witch wasnt too bad, but then I wanted to get something to drink but there is a two item minimum and Im not going to be made to buy 2 things when all I want is a drink. The chairs are very uncomfortable
