I recently completed a 6 week Improv class called Unlocking the Self: Improv Skills for Life and it was truly an incredible experience! Jamie and Annie were super supportive, fun, and created such a welcoming environment that made every class something to look forward to. The people in my group were amazing, and the sense of connection and laughter we shared made it even more special. I originally signed up hoping to better understand improv, but I walked away with something even more valuable: a better understanding of myself. I’ve even started incorporating the “Yes, &” mindset into my daily life, and it’s been transformative. I highly recommend this class and others they offer, and definitely recommend checking out their shows too!
I graduated from the unlocking the self class and I'm a believer. Annie and Mary were incredible teachers and guides to learn how to get out of your head and be present to the moment and listen to the other person. I think everyone should take at least one improv class and Catch is a great place to do that! HIGHLY RECOMMEND
